Returns

No refunds.  Exchanges returned unworn and in good condition are allowed within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Buyer must pay for postage costs to return item to seller.  

Cancellations

To cancel an online order placed with MsConcierge, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not shipped yet.  If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
